Platform role
PoolGrid is designed to help users describe problems, request service, review guidance, create bookings, complete payment, and track follow-through. Chat, guides, and public content are informational until converted into an operational workflow.
Important booking rule
A service request may be created and scheduled before payment is collected. PoolGrid may still pause, reschedule, or decline dispatch, closeout, or follow-on work where unpaid balances, safety concerns, access issues, or operational constraints require it.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, address, schedule, and equipment information.
- Use the platform lawfully and refrain from impersonation, abuse, fraud, or interference.
- Review invoices, payment steps, service details, and communications promptly.
- Confirm that any facility, property, or pool-related information you provide is authorized and accurate.
Pricing and scope
Public-facing pages do not display pricing ranges by design. Service scope, timing, product fit, final pricing, taxes, charges, and availability may depend on the information provided, inspection results, compatibility review, supplier confirmation, or operational constraints.
Service, dispatch, and timing
- References to 24/7 dispatch service describe intake availability and coordination capability, not a guarantee of immediate on-site arrival or resource availability.
- Dispatch, assignment, and field timelines may vary by location, service type, season, inventory, weather, contractor availability, and diagnostic complexity.
- PoolGrid may reschedule, delay, or decline service where safety, access, payment, compatibility, or operational feasibility requires it.
Orders, equipment, and compatibility
Pool equipment, replacement parts, and chemical workflows can depend on brand, model, sizing, system configuration, installation conditions, and local operating context. Recommendations may change after further review. PoolGrid may ask for photos, model numbers, or additional information before confirming fit.
- Orders are subject to stock status, supplier confirmation, and shipping constraints.
- Customers remain responsible for verifying final delivery and contact details.
- PoolGrid may decline or adjust fulfillment where the requested item appears incompatible, unsafe, or incorrectly matched.
Liability and disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolGrid provides the platform on an as-is and as-available basis without guaranteeing uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or universal suitability for every use case. Technical guidance may depend on customer-provided information and may be revised as new facts emerge.
Nothing on this page limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law. If a specific contract, invoice, or service agreement provides additional rights or obligations, that more specific document may control for that transaction.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
